Cabking 6" Cabbing Machine layout
The Cabking 6" Cabbing Machine is a quality Cabbing machine. It has a 1/4 hp motor that runs at approximately 3,400 rpm. A water pump lubricates the wheels and the material being polished. Each wheel has an independent water flow valve. The used water is then collected in the drain pans and routed back to a collection bucket.
Cabbing wheels gradually increase in grit fineness from shaping to polishing grits. Grit size for wheels is selectable from 120 grit grinding wheels to the end mounted polishing disk using a 14,000 grit paste for a glass-like finish.

The Cabbing Wheels gradually increase in grit fineness from course shaping stones to diamond polishing grits. The grit size on wheels is generally selectable from 120 grit grinding wheels to 5,000 grit diamond paper. A side mounted flat disk can also be mounted at the end of the shaft, next to the grinding wheels. In total, there are 8 processing surfaces available on the unit.
